I bet i can beat you at Jenga! [08 Jul 2005|12:50pm] First off, I'm really excited about our show on Sunday. We just added it. Originally we were not going to play because Justin is on tour with The Recieving End of Sirens, for the next week, but we (Kyle, Cheese, and myself) have decided to go for a sorta-acoustic set. It's gonna be fun, we've never done anything like this before, and I've always wanted too. Granted, it won't be the same without JJ, but we'll do our best to hold up a quality show. We're going to bust out and dust off, And You Wagered: $Texas, and play a few songs no one's heard before. Secondly, It's been a while since we've let all of you know what we've been up to. You may have noticed that the number of scheduled shows have dropped to almost nothing. Well, we are focusing our efforts on writting a new EP and then going into the studio in October. This time the process will go much faster, because we know what we're getting into. At least I hope so. The album will be out late Fall and then we're gonna be touring our asses off. (I can't wait!) With that said, if you want us to come to your town, let us know. We'll do whatever we can to get there. If you want to help send us some venues, bands, promoters, or anyone else we can contact along, it will help immensly. We'll still be picking up some shows here and there to keep us sane, until all of that is done. Thanks for reading this and I hope you've found it informative and sexy. been ages, right? [05 Jul 2005|08:30pm] hey everyone, josh here.. so, whats new with lady fantastic you ask? well, we just finished a show with our good friends in Chiodos, So They Say, The Sensory and The Receiving End of Sirens.. All amazing bands, and amazing people, such a good show that was. Right now, we are in the process of writing a new record. If you guys attended one of our shows, you may have heard our new song called "Where We Park Our Cars." Which will be on the new record as well. All of us are doing well, and playing shows, and kicking ass. SICK SICK SICK WEEKEND! [08 May 2005|12:34pm] Let me start off by saying.. this was one sick weekend. Friday night we had a show in New Hampshire. Not only did kids come out to support us, but we even got a place to stay for the night!! Kids are so great there, so nice, and a great venue too!! Also, we played with a band called Armor for the Broken, you can check them out here. Don't let the size fool you, these kids rip!! The show was off the hook, and we had a great time. Sold some merch (thanks for everyone who bought something!!), played some cards (haha.), and than we stayed at Lilly and Ameila's house. We want to thank them for the generosity and kindness they showed us while we were far from home. They took us in, fed us, we got to chill in a hot tub!!, got fresh beds to sleep in, breakfast.. the works.. Seriously, the nicest, and most generous people we have ever met. Saturday night it was off to Long Island. Venue was sweet, and there was a great turn out!! We had a blast playing a show like that, not only was a hardcore show, but the kids there were really respectful of us, our time, and our music, which put a smile on our faces. Thats what we came there to do, have fun, and play music!! I am in the midst of bringing some of those bands to Edinboro for a show or two. The best part of all is we got to play with 25 TA FUCKING LIFE!! It was a sweet experience for us. The mall was huge in New York, the food was great, the sites were cool, and the ride home was... long.. We want to take this time and thank everyone for all the support we are getting!!
